Risk Disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk. This disclosure is intended to make those risks clear before broker connection or live trading.
Trading Risk
Trading stocks, options, crypto, forex, or other instruments can result in partial or total loss of capital.
Markets can move quickly, liquidity can change, and orders may fill at prices different from expected prices.
You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose and should understand the rules, margin, settlement, and tax treatment of the instruments you trade.
Automation Risk
Automated workflows can create or submit orders faster than manual workflows. Incorrect settings, duplicate alerts, delayed signals, broker outages, or software defects can cause unintended activity.
Use paper mode first, set conservative limits, keep manual approval on, and keep the kill switch available.
OrderFabric may block or disable routes when risk controls, MFA, broker readiness, or beta safety requirements are not satisfied.
Model And AI Risk
Machine learning and AI analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, stale, or unsuitable for current market conditions.
Probability estimates are not guarantees. A high-confidence analysis can still lose money.
Paper And Live Mode
Paper trading is for testing and may not reflect live-market fills, slippage, latency, fees, or liquidity.
Live mode can affect real funds in your broker account. Live trading requires manual approval and MFA; auto-submit is limited to paper/internal testing until regulatory controls are fully implemented.
A paper approval, paper order, or historical backtest should not be treated as proof that a live order will be profitable or executable.
User Controls
Users should configure max daily loss, max trades per day, max open positions, allowed symbols, manual approval, and kill switch settings before enabling a strategy.
Users remain responsible for monitoring broker status, orders, positions, and account risk.
If the app, broker, market data, or notification delivery appears delayed or wrong, stop the route and verify directly with the broker before approving or submitting more orders.
