Terms of Service
These beta terms describe how OrderFabric should be used and the responsibilities users accept when connecting a broker account.
Beta Service
OrderFabric is currently a beta trading operations workspace. Beta access is free during the beta unless you are told otherwise in writing. Paid plans, fees, or billing may be introduced later only with notice before billing begins.
Features may change, be unavailable, or contain defects. You should test with paper trading first and should not treat beta availability as a promise that the service is production-ready.
Live auto-submit is not available for public users during beta. Live routes and live orders require manual approval, MFA, broker readiness, and compliance review until regulatory controls and authorization are fully implemented.
No Financial Advice
OrderFabric provides tooling, signal processing, model-assisted analysis, approvals, and broker workflow automation. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
No information in the app is a recommendation, solicitation, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset. Users must make their own decisions or consult a qualified professional.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for your broker account, strategy settings, risk limits, approvals, and all trades placed through your broker account.
You should review each signal, model output, probability estimate, AI analysis, order ticket, and broker response carefully. Live use requires manual user approval before order submission.
You are responsible for keeping broker permissions, account access, MFA, and risk controls current. If anything looks wrong, use the kill switch and disconnect broker access at the broker if needed.
Broker Connection
OrderFabric is non-custodial. Users connect their own broker accounts through OAuth or other authorized broker methods.
By connecting a broker, you authorize OrderFabric to use the permissions granted by that broker connection for the selected account and mode.
Paper and live broker environments behave differently. A paper result does not guarantee the same live result, fill price, latency, or availability.
No Profit Guarantee
OrderFabric does not promise profits, win rate, returns, income, or loss avoidance.
Model output, probability estimates, and AI analysis can be wrong and should be treated as decision support only.
